History
Calvary Life Assemblies has been founding local churches and preaching the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Australia since the 1950s.
Malcolm Hibbard, called as an apostle, and Mrs Helen Hibbard were led by God's Spirit to start a 'work for God' in the Campbelltown area in Sydney, Australia. After a wonderful move of God's Holy Spirit that resulted in many people being saved, the church started to spread and establish other local churches in other towns on Australia's East Coast.
At the moment, there are nine assemblies tied together as one Church : Spiritually - in doctrine, Legally - by law, with a strong evangelical vision of building the Body of Christ in our present churches and commencing new Church works to the glory and honour of God, through our Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ.
